Run by a 2nd generation Bali X Australian husband and wife team, Palm Printing Co is a sister company to Yogi & Boo, a well known clothing manufacturer in Bali which has been operating within the same family for over 35 years.
Opening up a digital textile printing company seemed natural for us. With our existing clientele from Yogi & Boo constantly requesting high quality printing, at faster turnaround times and in a sustainable process, it was time to take matters into our own hands. After several years of research and consultation with key industry leaders, in 2017 we invested in a state of the art digital printer from Japan and a heat press from Italy to ensure that our companies core goals would be realised.
Now we have 5 digital textile printers, two specialising in natural based fabrics (cotton, linen, rayon, viscose and bamboo) and two working on polyester based fabrics for swimwear, activewear and advertising banners along with a DTG printer for t-shirts.
To keep inline with our ethical & environmental missions we use an extremely sustainable process without using or producing any waste water, effluent or large amounts of energy. We use a high-end bio degradable "eco ink" for our natural fibres and Oeko-Tex Eco Passport certified inks for our polyester prints. Our process is the first of it's kind on a commercial scale in Indonesia.
