Step-by-Step Guide to Ordering Digitally Printed Fabric with Palm Printing Co

At Palm Printing Co, we aim to make the process of ordering your custom digitally printed fabric seamless and straightforward. Follow the step-by-step guide below to ensure a smooth experience, from preparing your artwork to receiving your finished prints.

Step 1: Prepare Your Artwork

  • Ensure your artwork is high-resolution (at least 150 DPI) and sized correctly for printing.
  • Acceptable file formats: TIFF, JPEG, PDF, PSD, EPS, and AI.
  • File size must not exceed 500 MB.

Step 2: Select Your Fabric

  • Browse our selection of fabrics to find the perfect match for your project.
  • If you’re unfamiliar with our fabrics or would like to review options, request a sample set by emailing us at hello@palmprinting.co

Step 3: Complete the Order Form

  • Fill out our order form with the following details:
    • Quantities
    • Selected fabric type
    • Artwork name (ensure unique and accurate naming to avoid errors).
  • The order form includes a helpful “How to Order” section at the bottom for guidance.

Step 4: Submit Your Order and Artwork

  • Send your completed order form along with your artwork.
  • For large files, use WeTransfer or Dropbox to avoid compression issues common with email attachments.

Step 5: Receive Your Quote

  • Once we receive your order, we will provide a proforma invoice or quote, including shipping costs.
  • Palm Printing Co is based in Bali, Indonesia, and we ship globally. Domestic delivery within Indonesia is also available.

Step 6: Confirm Payment

  • After confirming your proforma invoice, make the payment to secure your order.
  • We offer Payment links for Credit Cards, Bank Transfers and PayPal.
  • Upon receipt of payment, your order enters the queue.

Step 7: Production and Delivery

  • Production times vary based on order size:
    • Standard: 3-7 business days.
    • Large orders or peak periods: up to 14 business days.
  • We’ll provide an estimated completion date when your order is confirmed.

Important Disclaimers

  1. Final Confirmation: No changes or amendments can be made after a proforma is confirmed.
  2. Testing for Supplied Fabrics: A minimum of 2 metres is required for test printing (charged at the standard rate). The buyer is responsible for testing to meet their specific standards.
  3. Colour Profile: Provide files in RGB colour space. Submitting other formats may result in significant colour deviations.
  4. File Accuracy: We do not proof or edit your files. Any errors in your artwork will reflect in the final print.
  5. Liability: Palm Printing Co is not liable for delays or misprints caused by discrepancies between artwork names and purchase orders.
